This 5-day virtual staycation is a deep dive into yourself and your current environment, identifying alignments and gaps, and defining solutions to step forward in life. You’ll also have access to daily online and/or in-person outdoor and socially distanced yoga classes in Central Wisconsin. This format allows for time in reflection. We launch the first day in a four-hour deep assessment of the self and then connect again for 4 more consecutive days in shorter 1-2 hour segments. Additional meditation, journaling, contemplative walks, and other self-care routines will be encouraged to fully embrace your staycation.

7. Brainstorm opportunities to fill the gaps
8. Create an action plan to move forward (or improve where you are.)
This is a group format where we can learn from each other as well as spend time in reflection on our own. You’ll walk away with tools and concepts to fine tune your ongoing strategy.

We’ll meet via Zoom for the workshops as follows:

There will be pre-work assessments as well as time to create and reflect as we meet together. We’ll use Zoom breakout rooms for you to share and get feedback from 1 or 2 others within the group.
